Join the Park District for a free seminar from Hammond-Henry Hospital while enjoying a free light luncheon provided by the Geneseo Park District Foundation.
This session will go through the biomechanics of the golf swing and provide examples of golf warm up ideas to help improve mobility in the neck, spine, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles specific to the golf swing.

The Geneseo Park District invites every father to take their little girls out on a date they will never forget! This magical evening will include dancing, photobooth and great music.
