Join the Park District for a free seminar from Hammond-Henry Hospital while enjoying a free light luncheon provided by the Geneseo Park District Foundation.
Hammond-Henry will team up with local hospice teams to provide information on what hospice is, why it is important in end of life care, when it is appropriate, and how care plans change when hospice is involved.
