SENIOR APPREICATION DAY

The Geneseo Park District is holding a Senior Appreciation Day on the 20th Annual National Senior Health and Fitness Day.
Our goal for Senior Appreciation Day is to increase awareness of the benefits of a regular exercise program for older adults, and to encourage all older adults to take advantage of the many health and fitness programs offered in our community.
Seniors and guests can enjoy refreshments and enter to win a prize during the National Senior Health and Fitness Day Open House.
HERSHEY'S TRACK AND FIELD GAMES (HTF)

Ages 7 - 14 Boys & Girls
Location: Geneseo High School Track
The HTF Games is an opportunity for boys and girls ages 7-14 to run, jump and throw in a fun, competitive setting. Participants select up to four events. Events include the 50, 100, 200, and 400 Meter Runs; the standing long jump, and a softball throw. All participants receive a certificate and the winners will advance to a state competition.
FREE TENNIS PLAY DAY

The Geneseo Community Tennis Association (GCTA) and the Geneseo Park District want to promote tennis in our community through a free event for kids grades K-8. Join our qualified tennis instructors at Richmond Hill tennis courts for games, drills & prizes. Have fun while learning the fundamentals of tennis, all for FREE!
FRED ASTAIRE BALLROOM DANCE
Wednesdays in May & June | 7:15-8:15 pm

Learning how to dance with the Fred Astaire Dance Studio of the Quad Cites is both easy and fun! Whether you are brand new to dancing or it’s been awhile, we’ll teach you how to have fun and feel comfortable dancing with any partner on any size dance floor.
MOVIE IN THE PARK

Join the Geneseo Park District as we bring a ‘big screen movie’ to the Athletic Field. This family oriented event is completely FREE to all participants. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and enjoy an evening of family fun. The movie will begin promptly after dark at the Athletic Field. The featured movie will be announced at the Geneseo Community Center two weeks prior to showing.

KIWANIS FUN DAY
