A great way to get personal training sessions at a low cost. With 5 personal training sessions, participants receive instruction from a personal trainer while getting the support and motivation of working out with other people. Grab your friends or family and get fit together. No more than 4 participants per group.

Life After Therapy Personal Training will give you one-on-one instruction with our certified personal trainer, that incorporates goal setting, and challenging workouts specially designed for you. Receive a personalized workout that will be both challenging and time efficient based on your individual restrictions, needs and goals. Based on your needs and goals, personal training sessions will take place in both the Indoor Pool and Cardio/Weight Room at the Geneseo Community Center.
