Families that sweat together stay together! During the month of November log your family’s minutes spent exercising each day at the front desk for a chance to win a prize and the title of Fittest Family!
WALK ‘N TONE (L)
Are you new to fitness classes? Do you like to walk but find it boring? This class incorporates walking in place combined with various movements and light weights for a low impact but moderately paced workout equivalent to a 3 mile walk. Burn calories while having fun in a class setting. Appropriate for all ages!
TURBO KICK (H)
Turbo Kick is a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as dance moves, all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. Turbo Kick® requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment.
The Kettlebell class is a program that gives you the three most important elements of fitness – cardio, core and resistance. Now you can get in the best shape of your life and have fun doing it. This workout will engage your entire body through a unique combination of movements. Your body will become the ultimate fitness machine, moving in 3 dimensions and reconnecting your muscles like nature intended. Sculpt lean muscle and eliminate fat with the kettlebell workout!
A strength and conditioning program with constantly varied, high intensity and functional movements. Workouts are typically short and intense, demanding all-out physical exertion. They combine movements such as sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, climbing rope, flipping tires, weight lifting, carrying heavy objects and many body weight exercises.
Body Sculpting workouts are designed to help you tone the muscles in specific areas of your body using free weights and resistance bands. Mixed with cardio circuits and core work, you will have a total body sculpting experience.
STEP IT UP (H)
A perfect combination of step aerobics with intervals of muscle toning and cardiovascular work. Strengthening floor work and stretching at the end of class provides you with a balanced workout.
FOREVER FIT (L)
Are you 65 or older? If so, this class is designed for you. Focusing on core strength, balance, flexibility and strength training, this class will help you continue an independent lifestyle.
SMART START (M)
A low impact class incorporating aerobics, balance, flexibility and strength fitness concepts. Designed for participants ages 45 - 65.
JUST MUSCLE POWER (H)
Our trainers challenge you to take this course! This coed interval strength training class combines upper and lower body and core strengthening exercises. Strength training is an essential component to maintaining and developing bone density.
PILATES PUMP (H)
A combination fitness class using half cardio, half Pilates. A cardio blasting "burn" exercise blended with light hand weights to speed the firming process. These exercises are followed by traditional Pilates floor work to strengthen your entire body.
