Turbo Kick is a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as dance moves, all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. Turbo Kick® requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment.

KETTLEBELL(H)
The Kettlebell class is a program that gives you the three most important elements of fitness – cardio, core and resistance. Now you can get in the best shape of your life and have fun doing it. This workout will engage your entire body through a unique combination of movements. Your body will become the ultimate fitness machine, moving in 3 dimensions and reconnecting your muscles like nature intended. Sculpt lean muscle and eliminate fat with the kettlebell workout!

A strength and conditioning program with constantly varied, high intensity and functional movements. Workouts are typically short and intense, demanding all-out physical exertion. They combine movements such as sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, climbing rope, flipping tires, weight lifting, carrying heavy objects and many body weight exercises.

CARDIO TENNIS (H)
While playing different versions of a traditional tennis game, a USPTA certified instructor will incorporate fun: fast music, fast feeding and fast footwork activities. These activities will get your heart rate up and make you forget that you are working out. A fun activity for all ages.

GLIDIN’ (H)
Glidin’ is functional exercise targeting stability, mobility, strength, balance, speed and power. These training techniques enable strength training without the use of weights. It will also increase performance, improve posture and reduce injury risk. Glidin’ utilizes free motion and full body movements to help everyone develop core strength. Simply put...it is an exercise form that works with you and for you.

new-leafCARDIO CIRCUIT (H)
This new class will get your heart pumping! It’s is a multi-station cardio based circuit. You will spend 90 seconds at each station with a 15 second break in between. You’ll blast away calories stepping, jumping, and pushing yourself to the limit. Bring a water bottle! The class will end with core work and stretching.

BOSU FIT(H)
This BOSU (Both Sides Utilized) workout strengthens the entire body and includes cardio moves to raise your heart rate. When using the BOSU ball, your body is forced to recruit numerous core and stabilizing muscles in order to balance. Take your workout to a whole new level with this class.

Body Sculpting workouts are designed to help you tone the muscles in specific areas of your body using free weights and resistance bands. Mixed with cardio circuits and core work, you will have a total body sculpting experience.

STEP IT UP (H)
A perfect combination of step aerobics with intervals of muscle toning and cardiovascular work. Strengthening floor work and stretching at the end of class provides you with a balanced workout.

FOREVER FIT (L)
Are you 65 or older? If so, this class is designed for you. Focusing on core strength, balance, flexibility and strength training, this class will help you continue an independent lifestyle.

SMART START (M)
A low impact class incorporating aerobics, balance, flexibility and strength fitness concepts. Designed for participants ages 45 - 65.

JUST MUSCLE POWER (H)
Our trainers challenge you to take this course! This coed interval strength training class combines upper and lower body and core strengthening exercises. Strength training is an essential component to maintaining and developing bone density.

PILATES PUMP (H)
A combination fitness class using half cardio, half Pilates. A cardio blasting "burn" exercise blended with light hand weights to speed the firming process. These exercises are followed by traditional Pilates floor work to strengthen your entire body.

ZUMBA (H)
Party yourself into ShapeTM! A Latin-inspired dance fitness class that doesn’t feel like you’re "working out! Burns calories, builds confidence, and relieves stress!
