CYCLE XTREME (H)
A group indoor cycling class is a fantastic way to exercise in a fun, low-impact and high energy environment. Strength, endurance and overall fitness can be achieved with regular sessions. Heart rate and RPM’s are used to simulate several movements such as hills, seated/standing flats, jumps and sprints. The Cycle X-treme program will change the way you look at fitness.
CYCLE & STRENGTH (H)
This is a combination fitness class using half calorie torching cycling and half weighted strength training. A great cardio ride will be followed by core and upper body strength training. An ideal class for those looking to get a complete cardio & resistance workout in one hour.
